Benzylpenicillin IV 2.4g 6 hourly and Clindamycin IV 600mg 6 hourly If true penicillin / beta-lactam allergy: Vancomycin IV (dosing info here) and Clindamycin IV 600mg 6 hourly Total course duration (IV and oral): 10 days. |
